Vantara, a pioneering wildlife conservation and rehabilitation center, is making headlines for its massive efforts in rescuing and preserving endangered species. Spanning over 3,000 acres within the Reliance Jamnagar Refinery Complex, Vantara is one of the largest privately owned wildlife rescue centers in the world.
The center is home to over 2,000 animals across 43 species, including lions, leopards, elephants, crocodiles, and various exotic birds. Many of these animals have been rescued from circuses, illegal wildlife trade, and human-animal conflict zones. The primary goal of Vantara is to provide a safe, natural habitat for these animals while actively working towards their rehabilitation and conservation.
